Cancelation Policy

Please try to arrive 10 minutes in advance.

Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

As a courtesy to our clients, we attempt to confirm all appointments via text or email.

IN ORDER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT A CARD IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FILE WITH US TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION. CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED, UNLESS OF A 6 HOUR OR LESS LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW.

TARDINESS POLICY:

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but may receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45-minute session. 

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will not be given on any Gift Certificates or any prepaid services. if you prepaid for a service online and have to cancel your appointment, the Prepaid service will still apply when you rebook your appointment to another available date.    

NO SHOW and LAST-MINUTE CANCELATION POLICY:

First time no show/last minute cancellation: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.

Second time no show/last minute cancelation: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

Third time you schedule an appointment and are a no show/last minute cancellation: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled services and flagged for future appointments.

If you have a Gift Certificate on a service, you book and you NO SHOW the appointment your Gift Certificate will be Voided and Considered Redeemed. 

If we do not have a card for you on file and you NO-SHOW or Do a LAST-MINUTE CANCELATION (Less than a 6 Hour Notice) You will be sent an Invoice to pay the 50% Fee by Text or Email, the amount charged on the invoice sent will be 50% of the service, you Booked. The Fee covers 50% of our income loss by not being able to fill your reserved time slot with someone on our waiting list because not enough notice was given to us.

As a courtesy, our system will text or email you to confirm your appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the NO SHOW fee.

 Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and we lose income, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
